Way too early to tell it's sex, but what is your light and how far away is it?
I only have a 100 watt led and I have it 6 inches above the plant

What strain?From seed or clone? What medium are you growing in? What nutes? What light/spectrum?
Just bagseed nothing specific and I started from seed with promix ,using full spectrum led light only 100watts no nutes yet

Plant looks ok. just keep supporting it, and no, you can't tell sex with any certainty at this timewhat is wrong with this and is it too early to tell if it’s male ?
It’s around 20 days old yes it’s a clay pot lol I’m waiting for new smart pots now 5 gal and both plants are the same age

I meantime you can go get a black plastic pot from home depot or wherever. Stop using clay , retains moisture. Bury that stretchy stalk and it will help add support. No need to wait for specific pot.
Figure around 3-5 weeks after germ for sexing under regular lighting.

Repot carefully burying the stem up to the lower leaves.
Your other plant is what this one should look like at this stage, so you probably have a weak plant and will never recover fully.
Definitely re-pot burying the stem, and don't use clay again.
Your in a tent indoors, right?
Next time just use 3 gal pots which are your best option in a tent for a 3 month grow.
