I took clones from on plant on day 7 of 12/12. I put them back under a CFL for 18/6 hours of light. I noticed the top of the clones have a few white hairs. Is this a problem??

Continue like business as usual. There may be a reveg period of 2-4 weeks though. But makes for crazy branching. All these stems are coming from a single node. IMG_20190911_134314.jpg

Yeah the clones with be under 18/6 probably for 4 weeks total until I flip to 12/12... What's the latest you can take a clone from a 12/12 plant and clone it?

id only do it to save strains. they take a lot longer to get back to veg, plan on adding 2+ weeks

you need to trim the mess like shown above down to 4 good branches when it gets going

It's referred to as monster cropping. I have done it a little past 2 weeks into flower when the moms were starting to get pretty good size young buds. It was done to save a strain who's clones taken 2 weeks earlier didn't survive. Give it double the time to root and re-veg. And ...

You will see some darker single finger leaves at first once she roots and gets growing. Looks really weird but it's normal. As COB said, you will be cleaning out most of that clutter once they get going anyway. I had about 14 branches that I trimmed down to 2 so that I could mainline her and get her ready for the SCROG.
