Rust spots on leaf, deficiency?

All of the 3 plants have this going on but 1 of my super silver hashplants has it the worst, whats going on here? I can't seem to figure it out. Using compost teas on amended soil.

It looks like a micronutrient def, but nobody is going to know for sure. I've been getting my soil tested with Soil Savvy. The lab fee and postage is included and you just fill the supplied jar with soil and send it back, they give you a bar code to look up the results. I'm about to post a report from my soil test.
