Starting to get bud rot! Should i harvest?

My 2 hashsplants are not ideal for where i live, too high humidity and colder temps at this point in the year. I harvested the one hashplant yesterday due to the same thing that was a week ahead. The other plant is starting to show 1 or 2 rotten flowers each day, some being the top flowers, its roughly 2-3 weeks from being ready to harvest. Should i harvest? Thanks for your input and time:)

Either you get them to finish or they are gonna be garbage. Way too early to harvest. Next run prep for the cool/wet by using something like Actinovate.
 
Shit. I got these from a dispensary and they said it would be okay for outdoors. Obviously cant handle it. Yea i planted mid june but that shouldnt change what time they flower. Im gunna do blue timewarp next year. Suppose to finish by mid september and resilient to cold and wet conditions.
 
No offense but if you killed it now there’d be no harvest. Literally no bud there.. just pistils and leafs. Either keep her as dry as possible and wait longer or well throw it out.

I didnt have a choice this year. I would have never chose a strain thats designed for indoors like hashplant. Next year i will be doing a locally famous strain that was bred where i live:)

Cut all the infected areas off, the whole buds. Build a cage around them and tarp em every night an shake off any dew every morning.

Your fucked an may as well cut now, but if you wanna fight it that's how. Unless you wanna use fungicide an have a fucked up crop.

From what ive read, it may be 5 weeks. Its 4 weeks in roughly now(30 days) and ive read 6 - 9 weeks!, pretty sad how the internet data is not consistent. Someone might know here? Maybe that number is indoor only?

I can tell you from looking at them that they aren't even close, different strains / phenotypes plus environmental conditions all play a part in ripening times. When will they be done, likely not soon enough.
 
You should consider growing strains that have a high tolerance for mold / mildew. Strains like Durban poison work well in wetter conditions. Combine that with trying to find a strain that will finish outdoors before frost will make your options slim but once you get that strain keep it. Your environment is a limiting factor since you grow outdoors, your need plants that are suited to the environment since you can't make the environment suit your plants.
 
Honestly man I dont see any bud rot in those photos. Look up photos on google of botrytis youll see what it looks like. Bud rot usually happens way later in flower when you have huge dense kolas that are a few weeks out from harvest. Those buds arent even structured/big enough to have botrytis. Im dealing with some bud rot in my gelatos they are outdoors a few weeks away from harvest due to some unexpected or expected rain here in Oregon, but the buds are rock hard and the size of my forearms. I cut it out carefully and remove it inside a plastic sandwhich bag. When growing big nugs outdoors youll always lose a little bit to mold. Here is pics of my gelato. Tomorrow if youd like I can snap an upclose shot of the bud rot that is present here and there. Losing 5-10% to mold always happens with outdoors but as long as you have a dialed drying environment it will stop and you can cut it out. Im still expecting 5-8 ounce plants from the gelato with botrytis present. Your plants will be fine. I do have bud rot, i have not shown any photos of rot, you are not aware of whats going on, thanks anyway, my climate is further north then you, and colder, my humidity levels are possibly higher due to frequent rain. If i dont have "bud rot" then i have another kind;) but i know alot and it is bud rot
 
Appreciate your help but dont tell someone to do something when you dont know, alot of noobs on here listen to shit like what you said. Not cool.
