HELP ME PLEASE! Flowering after a DISASTROUS transfer

Hey there folks. First post after nosing around for a handful of months. I was trying to find an answer to a question for my specific situation, but couldn’t find anything, so I’m hoping someone out here may be able to give some advice.

Background:
-growing in a Caribbean laundry room with no AC, and a generally less than ideal setup (pictured)

-the specific island I’m living (and growing on) is a developing nation, so accessing stuff to make a good setup is unlikely

-I’m mostly growing for fun of growing, but I’d love to get some fun out of smoking what I grow

-6 (almost 7) week old plant

-bag seed from some random dude on the beach. The bud we smoked together hit me like sativa strains typically hit me, so I’m guessing it’s a sativa of some kind

-transferred from 1 gallon pot (first 3 pics) to 3 gallon pot (last pic) 4days ago. Root ball fell apart, as the soil fell off a lot of roots ripped, and the plant couldn’t support its own weight. I propped it up with twigs

-plant started standing on its own 2 days ago (2 days post transfer), but the leaves were still extremely droopy.

-thinking the large fan leaves may not be able to be supported by the destroyed roots, I pinched them off (also 2 days ago) and the plant looks good (to me anyway) now. It is growing a new set of leaves each day (like it was before the transfer) on the two main stems (I topped it once).

So here is the question. When do I switch it to flower? I was going to wait 1 week after transfer, but then everything went so poorly, that I’m concerned. At the same time, I don’t need this thing growing too tall, and I dont even know if it’s female. I keep looking and all I see are stipules.

Bury it deeper. It will help. But don't bury the leaves. But that long ass stalk you could bury half or more of it.
It will add support and eventually more roots.

Its almost ready for flower but you need far more light, buy a 400 watt hps. Run under the hps for 10 days then flower 12/12, you dont need to plant it deeper, but it wont hurt doing so. But you will gain nothing from planting it deeper.

you can keep using your cfls with the hps 250 watt or preferably 400 watt hps as they add a bit more blue frequency light (the cfls) , hps 400 watt 45cm above the plant top, you wont get decent quality or yield with those CFLs alone .

Your roots are fine, lack of Quality light and Strength of light is your biggest issue.

Those 150 watt CFLs are at there limit for veg, Flower is totally different you need a higher quality light for flower, hps its your cheapest option to bloom and a gold standard when it comes to lighting, and they are cheap to buy.

You can fuck around with CFLs like I did when i was 16 years old ,im 40 now, but the fact of the matter is CFL lighting sucks for flowering, its ok for cloning cuttings, small seedling that is about it, these days even 40 watt led are better for seedlings, get a 400 watt hps for flowering.

Yeah I can’t get better lights. As mentioned in the original post, I’m not gonna be able to improve the setup really. For the next year or two I’m living on an island that’s a 3rd world country. I’d have to import them and customs is literally one lady. My neighbor tried to import car parts and they didn’t get released by customs for 16 months. So as I mentioned, I’m not going for gold standard here. This entire forum has basically said you can’t grow unless you have gold standard stuff, but that just doesn’t happen on this island, and people still manage to grow crappy weed.

I Understand now, Apologies for that , your plant looks healthy your doing a great job, Id veg it as big as you can, get it semi root bound in a large pot and plant outdoors in early summer. use natural light where and when you can, if you can use your clfs to supplement natural day light , via a window do it, most of all they the CFLs can extend your light period to (24 hours)(if the dark period is over 8 hours it can trigger flowering before you want it too,Plan to plant outside in summer

I'd say a bigger pot may help
