Put a spring loaded damper in exhaust to seal when fan shuts off
Most people prefer an oil filled heater to reduce off and on times
Good luck

Thanks! So should I have the exhaust run based on the temp? Or get a timer to have it turn off at times? I planned on just letting it run on medium 24/7.

I think it would only work if you turn off fans with lights off
It isn't perfect but will work
I would also invest in a 220 circuit to that building which can be split into dual 110v's
