I’m probably wrong but the first pic looks like bud rot. If not that then maybe root rot. It looks like it was loved too much to me. Better luck next time.

nutrient burn? ph ? what did you give them? sometimes less is more, adding nutrients too strong dehydrates plants, like if you drink sea water.
where did the leaves go? no leaves no transpiration , no photosynthesis or ability to use fertilizer, did you remove them to harvest? not sure id smoke that. Try again using potting mix and add nothing but water, just water them. most newbies just need to keep things simple, water potting mix. add nothing. and be patient, time & good lighting.
