Look, I got you all, I understand the 10th Amendment and I understand state's rights. So, why don't companies who sell spores send to any state and let the buyer in states where it is illegal take the hit? And as importantly, does sending a material that is controlled in one state but not another invoke any federal law?
If I commit a crime in one state and cross borders, then I have the FBI after me, is this the case in sending spores from one state to another or not? as I said, (oh expedited is my spell checker, extradited is me, would the person who has done nothing wrong in his state incur a fed penalty of mail fraud or use of the U.S. mail to commit a state crime? I dunno. I also get what is being said about intent and quantity, however, they still don't make the absolute sense I think they should. OK?
