Help please! Yellow and dead leaves near harvest

Hello growers!
So this is my first try outdoor.. I have made a lot of mistakes, I know, and probably have lost my opportunity to have some big and tasty buds! Can someone tell me what should I do now? Harvest, not to, let the small mature and pick up the rest???!

And the thing is that I have given the same treatment to all my plants and the other ones look healthy and near of a good harvest, I think

That may be the issue. Not every plants needs are the same. Seems like it took the biggest hit out of all.

Ya I'd wait a little longer on em. My rule of thumb is if you question it, wait 5 days, if you're sure wait 5 days lol
