Water on the leaves could be a likely culprit. When I water I try to do my best to keep the water off the leaves but sometimes it's inevitable it's going to happen.

Yeah that’s really what it looks like to me. Isolated spots, rest of plant looks great. If there are no bugs.....keep eye on it and I bet it doesn’t spread

I don't know if this plays in to the spots on my leaves Which are my mid level fan leaves, but my new growth looks a little wrinkly. Does the plant as a whole look normal to you guys.
Sorry bout the purple. And you can see in the big picture that the spots Are kind of luminated by the purple light. And the spots are less than 18 hours old they came on kind of fast so I guess we'll see what the next 24 hours holds.View attachment 4405965

I have never run such a blend of soil and coco, nor that combo of nutrients. How do you water them? Do you let them dry out like with soil or keep them wet like with coco?

I water as need which is generally every 6 days to a week between watering. But I mix my nutrient solution in a 5 gal old water jug and use about 80-90% of it on 4 plants in a 3 gal fabric pot. I wait till the top few inches is dry and pots feel light. I dont know my ppm as I'm lacking a functional meter atm.

Well guys after coming home from work, I noticed the problem is getting worse. No water has been on it to make the issue worse. So I'm feeling confident that it's not a water hot spot. I'm back to square 1 and have no idea what's going on.

I didn't read through this whole thread, I skimmed and looked at pictures. But the fact the new growth is light tells me its Ca related because Ca isn't mobile. I also see N claw.

None of that means you're not giving the plant enough Ca or too much N, but I there's something causing a lockout. Once again I didn't read all the posts so I'm coming in half cocked, but is your environment good? Like, do you feel your PH and PPM's (all inputs) are good? Is your temp/humidity in a good spot?

From what I'm seeing I notice something off with the temps. Somethings off with the feeding routine or strength. They're growing and what not, but it's not ideal. Somethings up.

Well ding ding ding that's the answers. Unless you're using a shit ton of microbes I don't know how you approach watering a 50/50 soil coco mix.

Temps average in the mid seventies humidity in the forties.
I water about once a week at this point
Water with PH corrected Tap water to middle 6ish
Added:
molasses
1/4 strength cal/mag
3/4 strength mycorrhizae
1/4 strength grow big
1/4 strength super thrive

I am gonna say you have some root zone issues. The coco would prefer a pH of 6.0 and the soil 6.5. The coco wants to be wet all the time and the soil needs to dry out. This custom blend is uncharted territory and likely for good reason. the stripey pattern starting to show now is commonly exhibited when the media pH is way off. A digital soil pH meter would likely confirm my suspicion although I don't know what the ideal pH of such mix would be if it comes it at 5 or 8 then thats an issue.

i'm not saying that can't happen, but i've sprayed plants under lights, and never had them do a damn thing that looks like that....never had them take any damage, actually...

i missed that in the op, i didn't know he was mixing mediums...that's not a good idea, you'll always have people telling you they do it all the time and have no problems, but a lot of people DO have problems...almost always ph problems.
it's very hard to find the balance point when you mix mediums that require different phs....sometimes there really isn't one to find...
if you have a ph meter, i'd try starting at 5.8 and working up from there, somewhere between 5.8 and 6.5, you'll find it, at the ratio you said you used soil to coco, i'm guess somewhere around 6.1

One leaf, does not a grow make...don't sweat it. Seems all the damage or whatever is the case, is confined to 1 leaf (or am I missing something?). Let it go. Chop it off if it bothers you. If it were me, I would not let one leaf change the course of my grow...albeit the purple light doesn't help, but your grow looks fine. Slow and steady...
