What am I doing wrong?

I'm having some minor issues with my garden and not sure what I'm doing wrong. I'm hoping someone here has some insight and can help me out.

I'm currently growing a variety of different strains from different breeders, all from seed, other than 1 clone.

The problem I'm having is, cupping of the leaves on my bigger plants (4 weeks into veg) and on my smaller seedlings I'm getting deformed leaves that are twisted and curling.

Plants are in pro mix bx , using a 1200w equivalent led 3500k spectrum at 20" above plants. Temps are between 23-26C during daytime and 18-20C at lights off. Watering with tap water left out overnight to declorinate. Seedlings have not had nutrients yet, bigger plants have been fed at 1/2 strength once so far.

How long are you keeping your lights off?

When my plants are young I keep the lights on 24/7 for a while and slowly start the lights off schedule. Decreasing by 1/2 hour every 2 days until I get it where I want.

Do they look that way when the lights are on?

Maybe your fertilizer is to strong.

Just a thought

Are your lights actually 1200w draw from the wall?
I see some over watering and the start of a cal / mg issue

Light are on 18/6 schedule, seedlings have not had any fertilizer yet, but my 2 bigger plants have had 1 feeding at half dose.

1200 w equivalent, about 240w from the wall. The cal mag issue is that the leaf with the spots your talking about? I did give them a hefty watering a week ago before going to camp. I just have that plant with the spotted leaf a feeding last week of half strength nutes.

Many times young plants will have minor issues that they will grow out of as they get bigger. It can be from a variety of factors. Too much feed, keeping them too wet, etc... Once they get bigger and have a better developed root system they can tolerate a lot and start thriving. You don't have to water small plants everyday and it is beneficial to let them dry out between waterings.

Take a loop and check for really small bugs. Try to get in the habit of using neem oil every 10 days or so. Just dilute with water and spray plants

Light distance to plants and temps are in the ballpark, just remember you have to run warmer temps with LED's because of no IR warming of leaves.
Use a little more Cal and Mg under LED's
Try and keep your Ph at 6.0 to 6.5
Don't worry too much about the occasional odd looking leaf, most plants will do better as they get bigger.
Let your Promix dry out a little between waterings

one gal of water add 1/2 tsp of epsom salt add 1/4 strength nutes add a pinch of microbes mix well. Feed them then leave them alone and watch them bounce back.

Thanks everyone. Insightful tips for sure. I've narrowed it down to an overwatering issue and also using Phosphoric acid to ph down my water. I've learnt my lesson and I'm going to be mixing this Pro Mix BX 50/50 with perlite when it's time to transplant. I'm also ordering smart pots and giving those a try. Rookie mistake I should of known better lol

it isnt over watering they are small plants undeveloped under a led light its because that you havent feed them.

They dont look bad at all you just need to feed them. and add microbes once a week or so very small amount so you know you have those guys in there working for you

I don't think it has anything to do with the phosphoric acid for lowering pH.
