Question concerning my rosin press

I get that it is ADVISED to use products that are manufactured specifically for a press, BUT...
I have a NugSmasher (OG) that I love. Question is - do I have to buy thier bags? Thier pre-press mold, etc? Or other/better options?
Please answer with as many specifics as possible. BONUS: my press has 4"x4" plates, so if I do get advised to buy another brands' pre-press, what size would probably work best?

90 micron my favorite or other 2,5"×4.5" bags any brand

Very helpful, thanks! Yeah I think we have the same unit. What about pre-press molds, any advice there?

The mold, any mold not just the nugsmasher (full disclosure I have and use the niugsmasher pre-mold press more than another one I have also have and use the nugsmasher press with the 4 inch plates) helps me keep things neat and tidy, that is about all IMO. I have bought the other rosin bags off amazon, I don't think they are built as well and have had more blow outs with those then the nugsmasher brand but at that time I was probably also using too much pressure. So IMO you can use any of the commercially available bags, just find the micron you prefer. I use mostly 90 micron but I found with my canaventure LVTK that I get better yield from the 120 bags, maybe it has larger gland heads? Not sure but when I press that now I go with the 120 micron all others I still stick with the 90 micron bags and I haven't seen rosin bag brand make nay difference in yield only bag blow out when I was pressing too hard

Ryzenberg's press bags are my favorite and Press club are the worst bags ive used
