Wait... So it turns out that if you have your lobbyists have the laws written to ensure your big money interests have a oligopoly on the market you can't just sell shit quality for double the market price and get super rich? The massive and well established black market won't just shutter the doors and accept that it's legal now but they're locked out of participating in the legal market so they're done??? Problem is the people that I know that shop at dispensaries (illegal ones) or legal ones buy small amounts. The more legal dispensaries that are out there the more they have to fight for 1-2 gram buyers. Also in BC the strict DUI laws keep people from smoking weed heavily while out. The system they set up is completely fucked. They bitch that they want to eliminate organized crime controlling weed yet look how many illegal things have been done by the big legal LP's.

The DUI laws are as ridiculous here in Nova Scotia.They will get my blood when they hold me down and force me to give it. It is insane what an officer is now able to put a person through because of simple suspicion.
They don't "bitch" about wanting to eliminate organized crime . They claim to be trying to eliminate organized crime, yet everything they have done around weed has only kept organised crime involved. Its almost like they and "organized crime" are the same people........
Prohibition 2.0 has been nothing more then Enron with weed.
