That small branch will always be smaller than the rest no matter how much more light it gets, either pull it off now to redistribute the energy to the branches around it, or just leave it and let it be small. It won't matter either way.
I can't see the leaf hanging out of the pot but as a general rule I try not to take perfectly fresh and healthy leaves that are getting lots of light because they're helping the plant more than taking from it, but the older a leaf gets the less efficient it is at photosynthesis, and after a certain point it's a drain on the plant instead of helping it. So if the leaf outside the pot is still perfectly green I would leave it on the plant.
I would take all the lower yellow leaves even if they're not blocking anything. All those leaves are useless to the plant now anyway but they do still provide a hiding and breeding place for pests.
