So i started watching harley Smith's videos and right off the rip i have been watering all wrong, i was giving plants just a little water every day and not soaking pots until I got run off, so i started soaking pots and only have to water every 2 to 3 days now depending on temps, i guess its a start!!!
HELLS YEAH I watched one of his videos a dozen times, always learned something new. Its hard to absorb all the info in just one viewing, like impossible.

I water them really good total saturation, the first time I transplant into a 5 or 7 gal., then and this depends, but I dont do that every time sometimes its just a couple of quarts so I know that they are not dying of thirst yet I know that there is no way I am over watering them. The trick is not to get dry spots in the soil so I water around the pot a little let that soak in then do it again instead of just dumping it all in one spot when I water.

Believe it or not there is a slight skill to just watering a plant. I dont ever let the soil to get too dry because that will cause stress on the plant, I like to try and keep the soil moist like a fresh piece of cake.

Dynagro is pretty powerful stuff. I only used 3 ml/gal when I use it in hydro and Pro mix. I do love me some Floranova though.
What do yall think is a good dose per gallon? I know thats a hard question to answer but before i was doing 1/4 teaspoon per gallon every watering but i now know my watering technique was way off! Only been watering every 2-3 days now soaking pots all the way through

edit: and add a gram per gallon of Epsom salt. if not, you'll have a Mg deficiency. way too low in Mg (0.5%) IMO.
