I have a trifold leather wallet. From some clothing company. Dockers maybe, but it's out in the car, where it stays unless I am going into a store. I carry it in my front pocket when I do carry it. I keep 5-600 bucks in mad money as well as all my cards. My walking around money goes in my right back pocket.

I've made a couple of these, but mine never turn out as good as Joe's.

Wow, I panic if I don't have it on me. Every time I stand up or even move, I do the check for wallet, keys etc.

Well it's been a little over a year since I made this thread and I've already got another new wallet lol, nothing wrong with the one I got a year ago, it's still holding up really well. I just wanted to try something new, change up my style.

I just got this minimalist wallet a day ago, it's kind of cool. It's a GRIP6, pretty much like a Ridge brand wallet. Made in USA (Utah), lifetime warranty and made of high quality aluminum (5056 I think). It can hold 5-6 cards. I ordered it with a leather sleeve in case I wanted to carry a few more cards and a little extra cash, you just stuff the cards or cash in the top grain leather sleeve. The wallet has a little lever on the side that you push/squeeze and it spits the cards out for quick and easy access, it's pretty slick

Here's some pics, there's a few different colors of wallet and black and brown leather sleeve to choose, I got bronze wallet with brown leather sleeve

I got one of these after I retired:View attachment 4422636 as my old wallet died and I figured since I won't have to buy pants as often why ruin them. My old wallet just kept growing and would wear a hole in my back pocket. This can't grow lol, too much or it won't close. Like Tyler it has the cards and ID only; I carry the paper cash in a money clip in front pocket. I like it but the plastic separators get brittle and break, but it still holds the cards. $9.00 at Target
I have one similar. What i like is my debit and credit cards don't get all bent and wrinkled.

Nothing I hate more than a cheap ass wallet. Well made one will last for ages. Had a hand made minimal ID wallet for about 10 years before that was stolen last year. Using a marbled shell cordovan now that's a little bigger but it molds pretty thin overall as long as you don't fill it up with shit. I love handcrafted goods.
