My first grow

I’m running a 4x8 with one CXP-420 from Pacific Light Concepts, and 2 2000w Phlizon Cob LEDs. Two t6 6” ac infinity fans.

Plants are transplanted from GroDan cube into the coco, and I feed with about 1l of water once a day. I’m getting run off into the pan underneath the pot.
I’m growing in Botanicare CocoGro. No Perlite.

I have 4 Mac1 capulator cut, and 4 sunset sherbert. Right now I am running The Botanicare Line.
My current mix is as follows:
Reverse Osmosis Water
7.5ml per gallon of Pure Blend Pro Grow
3ml a gallon of CalMag
4ml a gallon of PureBlend Tea
1ml per 5 gallons of GH Rapid Start
5ml per gallon of Liquid Karma
2ml per gallon of Silica Blast
2ml per gallon of Hydroguard
PH is constantly at 5.9

Why do my plants look like this? I’m sorry for the stupid question, but I’m a total noob.F0987BBD-4B37-4BB8-BFAB-0DD198715BF3.jpeg

Your first grow and you got mac 1 cap cut?

I got it from a very prominent breeder in my area. I did a few different renovations to her home, and she hooked me up with these. I’m not sure if I’m doing everything correctly with the coco. Am I supposed to use nutrient rich water every other time I water?

Nice, lucky you. Those are top of the line genetics. Best of luck with it

You shoud be watering with nutrients every time you water coco.

Coco is inert, it wont retain/hold nutes like soil, so you gotta be constantly feeding

So you’re saying they need about 3, 1l of feed a day even if there is still run off in the dish? I think plants are too small to consume a full medium in one day at the moment.

No, not yet they dont. They are too small for that yet

Maybe once they are bigger and have established a good root ball. But when they are small, allowing them to search for water and spread out their roots is the best.

Once they are established tho, you can find yourself watering every 6 hours or less, depending on how big your finishing pots are and how big the plants get.

I plan to spread out 4 plants per side of the tent, and use trellis netting with some lst and I think I am going to top the plant atleast one or two times before I finish the veg. Does my nutrient recipe appear to be too much for the plant at this stage? Sorry for all the questions I just want to make sure these girls are extremely happy and healthy.

While it appears like your using alot of stuff, i think ppm wise your in a decent range for this stage of growth

Take a few close up pics of the plants

I'm far from the best guy to be diagnosing anything, but I'll help you where I can.

Others will be along to offer insight im sure

Im a noob myself so my advice is limited in value, theoretical mostly vs experience. But ive read every plant problem thread i could find over 6 months.

I see leaf edge curling. Most likely heat stress, possibly lighting or overwatering stress.

When plants are very young they are extra vulnerable, and growing in coco w nutrients offers superior growth potential but requires that you really dial things in.

Temp and rh are very critical. What are yours? Do you have a temp and rh meter in one or more places?

Agree with prev posts too...congrats on awesome strains, both are incredible. The sunset makes especially good edibles!

My Ph is going in at around 5.9-6.0 and it is staying relatively the same in the run off. I did just get the clones yesterday. Is this something that could onset as soon as I have gotten these?
