1st grow. Any idea how long left before harvest?

Sorry guys, u's must be fed up of folk asking this same question! BUT.. "shy weans get no sweeties!" Lol
This is my very 1st grow, white widow x big bud. 5th week flowering, well 5th week since switching from 18/6 to 12/12. I had a few issues at the start and lost 3 out of 4 plants (from seed) but managed to plant a cpl of cuttings and have them ready(ish) for when i flipped them To 12/12. As iv not grown before and dont have a decent enuf camera fone or a loup to check tricromes im thinking that from what iv researched iv still at least a week to go. Any and all info is very gratefully received. .

I think you have 3-4 weeks just looking at the white pistils sticking out in the first few photos. You want them to turn brown and curl in. I always run 2-3 weeks longer than breeder estimates when I count from flip.

I'd expect closer to 10 weeks from switching to 12/12. Those buds still all white pistols, you have weeks to go for sure.

I think your grow looks great. My first grow was a disaster....

Omg! Thanks very much. Uv no idea how much that means to me!! I ended up using a different compost when i re-potted and i think the ph was either really different OR it was too strong for my transplanted plants. I used westland no2 with john innes and i lost all but one seedlimg but they were 6-7 nodes high so now im stickimg to same soil the whole way! If im honest, i actually thought id have bigger buds by now. They seem to have slowed RIGHT DOWN the last week. Is this normal? Thanks again. J

Yeah, your girls look really good for a first grow, you have a nice harvest coming. And yeah, varies a lot strain to strain but lots seem to grow flowers in waves. It'll look like she's winding things up early and then boom, overnight a whole new batch of white pistols that are going to take a couple weeks to mature.

Plants look good for a first grow but they are either underfed or nutrient lockout buds probably won't get much bigger because of that but looks like you will get some good smoke I would say minimum 2 weeks left if you can keep the plants healthy try to go 3 more weeks

Those look beautiful, good job for your first grow! I strongly recommend getting a jeweler's loupe or usb microscope because getting a good look at trichomes is the best way to tell when plants are ready for harvest.
