The plants are looking good however i just flipped them to 12/12 lighting and worried about the humidity level once buds come. Any tips how to get it down in the 50s or less i been riding 75/90 humidity all thru veg and this the first week of flower.
I have AC unit that has dehumidifier still not working. Have one fan up high, one carbon filter fan 1052 cfm, AC unit.

Fix the dehumidifier or buy one. Only feasible way.

If not then increasing your temps will lower the relative humidity - if your setup will allow so.

only real options.

or move.

You have an ac unit specific to your tent or using the house ac? If a separate ac what kind. Half of an ACs job is to dehumidify.

If it's a separate ac for tent do you keep the fan on constantly? How do you drain it?

Yea I have a good Whytner AC unit 12,000 btu, with humidifier. Im running 3(1000 hps lights i have carbon filter running cool air thru lights. Just not sure how its this humid on the thermostat. No wetness on the walls or ceilings. Yea i have kept the ac and fan on and turned it off still no help.

Do you have more then one hygrometer?

Try a different hygrometer. Also does that ac drain into a bucket or it's one of those ones with no drain.

A hygrometer that charts the RH and temp is very handy so you can see whats going on when the lights are off. Humidity likes to spike at lights out and that can cause a lot of issues if not dealt with.

When does mold and mildew really start to take toll, like its only been one week into flower no signs yet and i just started running all 3 lights. So before it was just the one with all the AC going and fans. Numbers were good.

Yes i have going off 30 mins after lights to try to get the moisture out.
Keep the AC on the whole time it will dehumidify. Just don't run the AC fan without the compressor you'll add 10% humidity and if you have it draining somewhere keep it outside the tent.

Good dehumidifiers are expensive

Appreciate it just ordered that exact one. Feel like i will have to do either 1,2 things cut out one light and just run 2(1000s or buy more fans and humidifiers
Your using tents right if so are you running a veg tent also? What size are the tent(s) and what size room are they in? Also what is the humidity and temperature level of room tents are in?

If the temps drop the RH% rises given the same amount of water in the air. The colder air is also harder to dehumidify. Running the AC when lights are off is no bueno.

Yes its an 8x8 tent they have remained in same space whole time so far hadnt got the other tent to start a cloning process. Temps with all three lights been 82-68 humidity been
65-90 lately i mean i just cant figure it out. Usually thought plants wld show mildew or mold and have water on ceiling but none
