Can anyone tell if this is a seed? I'm having such a hard time with my plants. All show 100 female. Then I end up finding seeds at harvest. I find no balls no nanners nothing. Please help. 20191217_231446.jpg20191217_231426.jpg

Look Very carefully on the bottom buds or leaves and see if you see a flower, Sometimes stress will cause a flower to pop, drop a few Pollen spores and you get some seed. I noticed that happen and I could tell something was going on looked very closely all over the plant and found a tiny flower on the bottom took a long time to find, I think it was caused by stress from being to cold, Plucked and never seen another seed that time. But i did get some good seed.

What is that ? did you find that in a Calyx ?

Good luck

Thank you for the reply. Still have no idea what was going on. I trashed the plant and pulled it all apart and nothing out of the ordinary. These plants are 4 week in flower.

First time growing them was just bad. Lol
Second time they totally hermied since I found big seeds. Light leak also.
Third time I had 2 good plants one with those small looking seeds inside!

Not this is my absolute last try. Cloned all from first plant before flower. I have read so much about all the parts and not finding nanners or balls.

My 2 plants left I just keep picking apart. I need a visual to all this reading I have done. Only finding this ovule with brown matter inside it. I'm so frustrated.

New seeds on the way so hopefully I finally get the hang of all this.

Are you using soil? If not maybe give it a shot with some soil like fox farms. Easiest way to grow. I've never grew clones and probably won't I like starting from seed.

Grow more Females From Seed.
Environmental factors start influencing sex the moment the seedling has three pairs of True leaves ( not counting cotyledons).
Environmental factors that influence sex determination of cannabis include but not limited to:
Increasing the level of nitrogen makes more females plants. Lower the nitrogen level to create more male plants. Increase the level of potassium to increase the male tendencies. lowering the potassium level encourages female plants. A higher nitrogen level and lower potassium level for the first two weeks increases females.
Low temps increase the numbers of female plants. Warm temps Make more male plants.
High humidity increases the male plants.
Low Growing-medium moisture increases Males.
More blue light increases the number of female plants. More Red light increases male tendencies.
Fewer hours or daylight (e.g. 14 hours) increases the number of females. Longer days (e.g. 18 hours) make more male plants
Stress: any environmental stress tends to yield more male plants when growing from seed.
I hope that helps somewhat.

This comes out of the Marijuana Horticulture the indoor/outdoor Medical Grower's bible.

I'm growing in coco. You think soil is easier?
I tried Coco once I wasn't happy with how much I have to add all the time. I don't know if it's easier for you or not, But I been Using Pro Mix HP for years and have been extremely happy with it.

I think it can make a clone turn hermaphrodite if the conditions get to extreme.

Your Welcome.

It's really a nice guide to growing. It's called, Marijuana Horticulture, The indoor Medical Grow Bible. Written by Jorge Cervantes. I believe it's about 20.00 bucks or so. although it's an older book it's got lots of great info many different Sections to learn more than just trying and doing things by eye.

Good luck your wanting to learn goes to show the ability to be a great grower keep up the Questions and there are plenty or Great People here to help you when you need it.....

Thank you so much Bear! I do appreciate you reaching out to help me. I will be heading to amazon for a new book!

I started growing last March, with no knowledge on the plant. I spent lots of time online doing research. I came far but still lots more to go. I dont have anyone for hands on visuals so it gets very tricky.

Thank you again!

You should do a journal. I started my first one a while ago and it's cool seeing all the old pics, they're so huge now. Mainly it allows invested followers to want to help you succeed that much more. Good luck. Soil is muuuuuch easier if you get the good soil. Fox farms ocean forest. You won't need to add liquid ferts until the end, unless you have a large pot like me. Then you'll be good all the way. All you'll have to do is train and bend. https://support.ilovegrowingmarijuana.com/t/wannabes-first-indoor-grow-journal/37128/73 is one of my journals. I creep on a lot of forums:)

Oh I defenitly keep track of everything , everyday! I have to, memory is crap. LOL I have done one online but didnt have much help. I am going to think about the soil. Nutrients are a pain!
I'm almost at week 5 of this grow. I'm pretty sure I'm going kill these off afterwards. Sucks but find seeds at harvest is worse. We ordered new seeds and hopefully they come in soon. Once we start them I will be starting a new journal here. I'm excited!

Cool, tag me in it. I'll follow for sure. They say Coco and hydro is a bit faster, but soil is easiest and same of not better quality. I'll maybe try Coco or hydro one day. Maybe not. I ordered mine from The Attitude, took about 3weeks to arrive.

That makes sense about coco being faster. I pulled my last round at 6 weeks! They were ready. No way 9 weeks was happening.

I ordered from seed supreme. Have a feeling it will be awhile till they come. Current plants are from CO another reason I dont want to part with them. Lol

Soil is the easiest. Nearly:
plant, neglect, harvest.
Cons: slower growth and typically lesser yields than other methods
Pros: flavor, ease of growing, ease of growing, flavor, ease of growing, complex flavors.

Glad I made you laugh earlier, W. Though you’re not a film fan, I’ll mention, since people know Alien and may appreciate a reco, The Year of Living Dangerously - Sigourney at her most mysterious, sexy, tender, and disturbing.
The role of Billy Kwan, a male photographer, and arguably the star, is played by Linda Hunt, who won the Academy Award for best supporting actress.
Mel Gibson... meh
