First "larger" indoor (32 plants) yield estimate? Week 1 flower

Unless you've grown the strain b4 its difficult to say. I've seen thick dense buds during harvest but once dried and cured its like 75% less weight. Cheers
I really didn't even take that into consideration. that's why I love this site. learning all over the place . it seems like these finishing weeks are taking the longest!! blarrgg!! lol . sad/excited for that first couple truly finished, cured, fragrances and flavourful joints. *smithers fingers*

I'm still learning too. My favorite strain thus far is Chem Dog, it's nice aromas, dense buds and seems resilient to train. My indoor grow typically yields 8 oz per plant (dried, cured). I remember the 1st time I grew inside when trimmed and weighed wet I was blown away on the weight but again once it dried is was still a great accomplishment compared to other indoor grows that some mentioned.

sooo... my buddy and I were going running today and he wanted to pop in and look at the plants.... you haven't seen any progress since I bought the mother as a little tiny clone lol. but he was complimenting me on the purple of my blue dream strain ...and like 5 plants are super purple randomly? I took all of these clones from the same mother within the same 3/4 weeks. no way that they are different/had a mix up...the rest of my pictures here are THE SAME PLANTS as in the thread.

these 4 pics are each a different plant. the green one being the majority of what the rest look like...thoughts? input? same lighting and feed schedule they're in the same tray and everything... literally no special treatment/ I didn't even notice until my buddy pointed it out. this is kind of curious not in a good or bad way just interesting 20191219_082125.jpgIMG_04621.jpgIMG_04631.jpgIMG_04681.jpg

so it's been like a day or two since I read this the first time and I've read it several times, it just right this moment hit me that you said 8 oz per PLANT. sweet fuck man. how big were they? I'm blown away and honestly I'm just not sure what that would look like as a canopy lol. large super multi light space? that's awesome no matter how you did/do it. this is by far my most successful to date... but it will only get better from here. going to do maybe 10-14 larger plants under my four 600w (I just already have it and so I really don't want to go by 1000 Watters honestly) and do a 36 count 3x3 of clones with my good led. .

so I will have two 4 by 8 trays next to each other,(two 600w per tray ...4 total) and a 3x3 in another area/room inside the room. through my trial and error on this run that really seems to be the best way to use the space because I had pretty much been doing this but rotating plants in and out of the tray and watering on different days because it was a super pain in the dick and I did not want to spill everywhere but I could not get the other tray and or lights installed yet. ... I never do things the easy way rofl

Are the plants affected by the door or air intake? I'd lean towards cooler temperatures. Possibly a Phosphorus issue, not sure..

I did my due diligence of reading before committing to an indoor grow and did well outta the gate. I've learned so much and I'm still learning. One example is I started using standard plastic pots and switched to fabric pots which has a few benefits but I found that once the soil becomes compacted you can't add much water at once because they leak everywhere and make a mess. So thankfully I kept my old plastic pots. The key is water less but more frequently. Your plants will tell you when they are thirsty. I use M3 which is a hot soil, all is needed is water and occasional top dressing "so they claim". But I use organic products, shown in the photos. Even with all the good runs I've had I also had 1 bad run. I took on 3 clones from friends and didn't quarantined them. I added them directly to my grow and ended up with PM and lost the entire crop. I cleaned everything up with bleach and 110 temperatures to kill any mold spores and wrapped the room in panda film and now I'm back to another run. Cheers

probably the most directly under the house vent, smallest amount of fanned air... mainly because it's under the vent. temps are about 75 in the day and about 68/70 at night.

@Bourbon 2 I have similar issues with the fabric pots, I just water them slowly and in stages. Give each 5 gallon a can of water, then cycle back through until i start to see run off. Had some issues at first with the water running out the sides instead of in the dirt.

My last run I was only adding 2 liters per pot let it soak in then add 2 more liters per pot but it was still seeping out. Greenhouses use either clay pots or plastic pots, their both pretty durable and can clean and reuse them. So spending the additional money on fabric pots along with all the other associated costs of growing seems counterintuitive. Cheers

that honestly makes sense, i've never seen a commercial setup using the fabric pots. not that they were really that expensive and can be reused anyways....
