So this is the kit I was looking at. I want to piece it together since I have amazing rewards points.

My plan is to slowly buy 2 boards and 1 heatsinks, then the driver. Although I found their driver Is a hlg 240-h so that's where I get confused. I cant find one with juse H at the end. I would also like to beable to dim. This will be in a 3x3 tent

hey mate, im not 100% sure which driver they use, but i am guessing they are using a constant current type driver, i would think its the HLG-240H-2100A since they state "you need to wire that kit in series for maximum output", otherwise you can also use a HLG-240H-54A wich will give you around 115W per board "wired in parallel"

or alternatively message HLG about what driver is best suited to 2x R-spec V2 boards =)

All of the Meanwell HLG series can dim. The 'a' version has an internal pot that will dim to 50%. The 'b' or 'ab' version will dim to off with an external pot if it's the newer version. Most of the HLG kits I've seen use the 'a' driver.

Op, get AB type driver or the A-type. But make sure its the right voltage for your boards, the board supplier would know what voltage it is. Normally its 48 (possibly 54) so youre looking for a 48AB or 48A suffix.
