What is this a sign of?

Have my seedlings in my grow tent I have a HLG v2 100 light about 18 inches above my seedling and I noticed today there is some mark on the leaf. I have the heater on at the proper temperature recently up the dosage of clonex solution and bio root maybe nutrient burn or a combination of the light being too close and nutrient burn not too sure but here's a picture

Those need to be planted in whatever medium u are going to use. The light isn't the issue at this point, IMHO

Yes into 1 gal pots if soil, they look like they have at least 2 nodes already. Hard to tell top view Hell they can be topped after 4 nodes

Nooooo, they need to go into a container where the roots can grow and access nutes. Unless you want to watch them die?
