Temperature & humidity??

Hey guys hope you all had a cracking Christmas anyhow so I’m attempting to dry in a wedryer I’ve loaded it up and put a digital temp and humidity thermometer in there and it’s saying the temperature is 16 degrees celsius and humidity 65% which I’ve red is to lower temp and to high humidity just wondered will this really mess up the final product? I’d be mortified to fall at the second before last hurdle any input would be greatly appreciated thanks

They work to maintain a cured batch of taste but can’t be relied upon to cure/dry it for you.

Yea bovada packs are the way to go. Its all in the cure and so much time was spent growing it. This is where you really need to be patient. Good luck.

I would stick to good old fashioned hang drying...thats just my opinion. You've waited up until harvest, may as well wait another couple of weeks for a good quality smoke.
