It looks like it's being burnt by nutrients, and the medium looks water saturated. What kind of medium are you using?

Oh yeah my papaya punch #2 was that little. And now she's big going into her third week of flowering

This is her now! Some start out little like that but hulk out in veg esp in flowering. So your good. I used rain water for first half of her life when she was that little and ever since she's loved rainwater. I tried nutes but they didn't take to it so I just use rain water.. some like nutes and some don't!

Cool...I am new at indoor growing. Foxfarms ocean and forest 50/50 mix is what I went with. Here's her sister..

I had just watered and I am not using nutes at all yet. Took it a full week longer to break plain. Glad to hear it might live!
