Wtf is goin on with those two.2 out of the three in house seeds supreme grapes plants have not sprouted the second set of leaves.all plants are 4 days old.they have two more days before I pull them an go to something else.

could be a mutation....I'd grow it out and see what you get.

I had a seed(ling) that just didn't want to grow, much like yours in the 3rd pic...got the first set (Cotyledon)then it just stalled...after about 7 to 10 days it finally kicked in and is a very strong plant now...don't give up on it if its still green...in the end it very well could be a mutant full of fire...lol

Yea I’m gonna give it to monday(got 11 packs coming in all different so you now I’m itching to pop something else)

this happened with a seedling last year outdoor, and it didn't make it as far as yours did. im assuming mine was an F1-F2 mutation the seedling pretty much just rotted cause the tissue damage was too great on its first set of leaves. funny how nature kills off the weak ones, but sometimes the weakest ones turn out the best at the end if grown out.
