SOG 8x8 84 plants Second Attempt

Hello guys,

This is my second attempt of SOG. I have 84 plants, Triple Cheese, Pineapple Express #2 and Think Fast. I'll use an Optic 6 led (3000k +5000k spectrum) and 3 BAVA 480W (Chinese version of HLG 550, 4xQB288 only 3000k). For the moment I keep them in veg under a Bestva Elite, it has a lot of blue. My plan is to veg 4 weeks, take cuttings from each ( I'm looking forward to keep the best mothers from those 84 plants) and transplant them into 3 gallon square pots before the flip. `I m not sure about the order and how long to wait between each step.

Always love a sog grow but fuck me that just looks like a lot of watering

I give them 0.15l at days. I use 1 gallon pots now. I am planning to keep 80 in 25x25cm pots and defoliate/lollipop them.

This is the third veg week. I moved them in 11l pots, I'll keep 72-75 plants. I ll leave them one week more than I will take the cuttings and defoliate before the flip.

Are you watering all of them by hand watering? If so man that's seem back breaking an time consuming. Especially if there getting hand water daily I myself is growing on coco in 2 & 3 gal fabric pot.

I think you should water daily there looking dry in your picture. Smaller pot mean more frequent watering

Im curious how you will be physically able to water when the tent fills shortly after flip, also curious of how your screen will be made, subbed

I didnt say his plants was unhealthy. His coco is dry you should always keep it saturated growth will suffer treat it like hydro an not soil.

@Soupsaa It's soil not coco. This is the last day before the flip. I've noticed some white spots on a few Triple Cheese, can that come from too much Calcium and Magnesium? I didn't got my EC meter yet, today I should get it.
I removed the lowest 1/3-1/4 of each plant.

This is the 2nd week of flowering. The stretch is finished, yesterday I have defoliated them. I left only the upper two set of leaves and I removed the branches under 1/3 also.

Why did you veg for 3.5 weeks? Why not top them before flower? Was curious, seems like u could veg longer.

probably because it was SOG (sea of green), typically you dont top them in this method and use rooted clones. the goal is to grow single colas, but these are a little larger
