I'm most likely going to start off with 4 of the Mandarin xl auto, I built a lazy Susan for my plants to sit on so I can rotate plants to the front to water and defoliate. the top is about 4 foot 8 inches across so how many plants could I fit on there without suffocating them and still get a good yield?
With a heavy indica hybrid like Northern Soul from seedsman can get 100g dry from each plant with 3 wk veg, 1 wk transition, 8 wk flower. 12 weeks sprout to chop from seed. In a 4×4.
Have only done the 16 in a 5×5 in #3s on a 12/12 cycle from seed with bagseed as a test. Pulled average of 40g per plant dry. Also had the lights dimmed down to 80% output of flowering spectrum: 3 lights × 250watt=750watt of 1200 available.
Have a better idea when the next 16 finish. Running approx 975 watt this go.
Almost forgot, have 4 × 24 watt UV-B run 30min per day at midday since seed.
