which lights to use??

Hi,
weird situation... I bought this LED light off Amazon for my seedling - https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B07F24HFDF
my new baby CBD Jam grew tall & skinny after about a week under it, so I left a slightly negative review stating it wasn't good for seedlings.
I was then contacting by the seller asking if I would leave a more positive review if they sent me these - https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B07Z865XCC
yep - 2 lights as a bribe!
I've now got 3 x LED lights with a different colour spectrum.
Later in the grow I'll be using my 600W digital balast (can switch between 250W, 400W, 600W & 660W)
My CBD Jam is currently 2 weeks old & under my trusty 250W CFL blue spectrum, when she gets bigger, I'll switch over to the HPS but would like to make use of the LED lights I've got, they only consume 50W & run pretty cool.
What would you recommend, got more lights than I know what to do with lol!

Those light should be more then fine for seedlings. How far were they away?

I use Optic 1 for my seedling it works really well and only draws 54 Watts l find the light is great for seedling. I use it up until about 12” then over to veg room.

I used the pink light initially, around 9" from the plant. It grew so skinny that it eventually fell over! never had this issue before & I've grown a lot in the last 15yrs!
Haven't tried the new ones that arrived today. Switching to my 250W CFL has stopped the plant stretching.
Happy to use them as suplimental lighting for now, I only grow 1 plant at a time

Well, they can't hurt to use them as side lighting. Even keeping them on the shelf as a temporary spare for a failed lamp. There's not much worse when growing cannabis to have your flower lamp die late in the flower cycle*, and have absolutely nothing to replace it with until a new one is acquired.

They appear to be pretty crappy lights, but they would probably work in a cloning area, or even in a pollen-making area, if not simply stored as spares.

* I've never had this happen in the six years I've been growing indoors, but I do know a couple people personally that it did happen to.

Well, they can't hurt to use them as side lighting.

that's my plan, will only use 1 in my 60cm x 60cm x140cm grow tent + my HPS but which one?
One is more pink colour, looks like it only has blue & red light (if the Amazon advert is to be believed)
The new one (2 of them!) have little blue, some green, yellow & red light

Not bothered about keeping a spare, got a few already
