"When the regulations take effect on 1 April 2020, any doctor will be able to prescribe THC and CBD products to any patient for any condition, with confidence the products are safe, tested and true to label.

There will be cannabis vaping products, edibles, tinctures, balms, lotions, tablets, softgels, suppositories, transdermal patches and dried flowers.

Dried cannabis can’t be supplied for smoking, but patients could use the flowers to make their own homemade remedies, if they want to."

Cmon aus, catch up :eyesmoke: :eyesmoke: :eyesmoke:

Nah its not.. they know full well that any shit we grow can't be taxed. and they'll want us to come on down to the dispensaries.
they may well be like America and to expensive for crap. Then they will make harsher laws for selling and then thy will crack down on the legal 4 plant ount growers and want a licence fee (so they know were u live) and then in a few years they will make it illegal to grow and they have ur address for future reference..

It could very well be.. at this stage we are trying to replicate canada's model but who knows what greedy fingers will get involved and fuck it up for all of us.

Any talk of legalization for you aus folks yet?
There was a bill passed in Canberra a month or two ago, for the ACT.
It's pretty pathetic though, really unrealistic.
There's a loop hole too, because it's a federal crime. AFP can still come and raid / arrest you.

And with a bit of luck.. and the old cunts here don't get too up in arms.. the referendum will pass by the end of the year and itll be completely legal to grow 4 plants per person at this stage
Mate, that'd be one sweet deal for me...

Hopefully you guys get it. Might give us a steer in the right direction.

Ahh you guys have all that Federal crap over there. We don't have that. So its either a crime or it isn't.
Yeah personally for me 4 plants would be fine, there are no comments on size, you could have the 4 fattest bitches on the planet for all they know.

Not at the moment. But they have announced roadside drug testing. Which if you fail you can't drive for 12hrs.. no fines or anything. But if you get caught driving in that 12 hrs they're gonna rip you a new one
Thats my main worry..people get done 2 to 3 days after having a smoke. Except we get a court date straight up.

Which I think they're trying to counteract by including a field sobriety test. Which if your liked me and have smoked for years, will just be a joke to pass.

I would tend to agree.

Bare minimum personal cultivation / use should be decriminalized and legal with a permit.
Commercial cultivation should be legal with a permit.
That's the bare minimum imho.

The licensing, economics and politics behind it, is a whole other can of worms.
