Licence fee for what? Commercial? There are like 6 different licenses or something ridiculous that they've initially proposed, ranging from cultivation..medical packaging.. processing and extraction. I agree in that I hate all the control, but anything is better than right now I guess.
Canada and American states have a licence fee just to grow at home.
