The economic damage caused by the global recession and the physical and mental damage done to the poor people involved in the Iraq war lasted throughout Obama's administration when he publicly campaigned on ending the wars and holding those who caused the crash responsible. He actually accomplished neither, and worse, gave control of both to Donald Trump

Bush did the right thing at the end, credit is due on that one. His following the austerity economic policies of the Republicans since the 80's definantly allowed the economic collapse of our country, but once he figured it out (too late) he did do what he could to give Obama the ability to bring it the rest of the way around. Also the non-bank financial system that triggered the majority was not regulated in any way that broke any laws unfortunately so the best Obama could do was to change thee laws regulating that industry to (try to) stop it from happening again. It sucks, but you can't jail people for laws not in place.
I don't like to hug people, so no.

In 2007, there were 170k troops in Iraq. By the end of Obama's second term as president, Iraq was well on it's way to recovering and there were 6k troops.
