Now the ‘ideal’ cure zone is 55-62RH.
Now the relative bit gets me.
60%rh at 60f will be like 50at 70f (just rough maths but RH goes down the higher the temperature).
So by drying low and slow at 60% will actually make the the rh too low to cure at a warmer temperature?
Dried 60-64f 58-62% for 13 days and now I’ve jarred them it’s only reading 54% at 68f?
Just hope I havent dried them too much. Although the smoke is very smooth as it is so not too bummed if they don’t cure...
