@meangreengrowinmachine Have you tried using parchment paper for the final evaporation step? Just wondering in terms of reducing product loss on the edges of the baking tray.

I have not... I'm worried about the alcohol absorbing into or leeching something off of the parchment if it sat on it for a long time. It can be a pain to scrape everything out of the pyrex but it's not TOO bad... if ther was an easier way though.... I would be interested.. as long as I could still get this nice clean product when I am done. After this I scrape all the white residue up put it between parchment and press it like frenchie would ice wax. Makes it all meld into a nice shatter patty. This was 10 grams of just commercial bud yielded 1.3 grams of smokable shatter and as of yet unweighted amount of edible.
