You stunted its growth and now its catching up. They could have potentially been twice that size by now being that theyre around 9 weeks old
Good strong growth over the last few days again.
With autos, some people would trim some dont, there seems to be a split on it. Id thin them out a little bit to let some of the inside leaves and branches get some light so they get a chance to grow, but thats just how I veg my plants. They look healthy enough to handle some moderate trimming.

You should change it right before it goes rotten.

Show a picture of the roots.

If these are autos, and it’s been 9 weeks, they might not be very automatic. Or they might start to flower and stretch right away, then you will complain of not having enough room.

To encourage some higher growth you could trim some branches starting at the very bottom of the plant. That will be good for air flow and more The plants look good to me

Thats rot.
Im guessing you added the two pumps and it drove your water temps up too high.
From what I saw before you were already at 73? That was already really pushing it.
Did you end up getting the hydroguard? your for sure need something now.
drain your water and rinse the roots out with fresh water while its empty. try to get the brown slimy stuff rinsed off.
fresh water with full dose hydroguard if you got it. Repeat in a few days.

Not sure if it’s the pumps but I added 2 15gal pumps. Think something is wrong with roots
Air pumps?Looks like you dont have enough air with the flat water in that one pic.You definitely need something for your roots,

I'd hit that with a good dose of food grade peroxide. You need to kill off that rot PDQ. 4ml/L of 35% daily for a few days and mix up some water at that level to pour thru the net pots to get any in them.

Air should have been running in the water below the plants since the start.

Good luck.

:peace:
