I received letter to renew my card yesterday and went to the website indicated this morning. The instructions in the letter are impossible to follow using the website: at one point after completing the page that asks for your name etc. a box popped up that indicated I should click the "edit" button and enter my phone number. THERE IS NO EDIT BUTTON TO CLICK ON TO ENTER A PHONE NUMBER. I cannot advance from that page without entering a phone number. Does anyone know how to find the missing "edit" button? What am I missing here?

Were you looking at it in a cell phone or computer? I had similar issues, I would have to turn my phone sideways and so forth to see everything on the application page.
If you can try a different browser, if you were using Chrome use Safari, for example.
Once I got everything turned in my new license came very quickly!

A bit late to the thread, but yeah, the site is not built for mobile viewing. I thought it said that on the app though, but maybe I imagined that.
