I run Dyna in two of my tents. I wouldn’t say it’s “ph perfect” , it does drift a little bit, but its a lot more stable than other foods ive tried. Especially if you use their Protekt, or another silica product. I also run Megacrop v3, which has also been very stable PH wise for me, but ive seen other people have different experiences. FWIW, I feed drain-to-waste, so my experience is with nutrients premixed in a reservoir that lasts me about 4-5 days before its time to mix up a new batch.Have you tried Dyna ? , I have heard people say it is also ph perfect.
I really don't know about the ph stability of Dyna because I don't even own a ph meter. I use promix HP and never check ph or ec.I run Dyna in two of my tents. Ah, I’ve never used promix. I grow in coco under QB’s and if I don’t PH my feed, usually end up with magnesium deficiencies.I really don't know about the ph stability of Dyna because I don't even own a ph meter. I use promix HP and never check ph or ec.
For what I understand dolomite lime keeps the ph good, Promix is mixed with some of it.Ah, I’ve never used promix. I grow in coco under QB’s and if I don’t PH my feed, usually end up with magnesium deficiencies.
Dolomite lime does help act as a PH buffer., that is correct. I would personally recommend getting a PH pen just in case of future issues though, a big portion of deficiencies are not due to lack of nutrient in feed, but to PH of either feed solution or root zone, especially when feeding a complete food like Dynagro. it’s a good tool to have just in case. For what I understand dolomite lime keeps the ph good, Promix is mixed with some of it.
Trust me Jr....If people who have a problem with AN spent less tim typing and more time understanding and following directions wouldn't confuse products in their mixes.
This is why he use's a silica product.I feed drain-to-waste
wow go dr who i would agree with you there an is pretty shit but i am a h&g user so what would i no ))LMFAO!
Ummm, yeah sure....
They work but, they have unacceptable marketing practice's that go right on into direct lies....
They print their own propaganda magazine that lies more then tells truths.
They tell you you need a bunch of supplements to grow at a professional level - BS!
Your using the product as it's charted right?
Your plant is getting to much P (to early) and is yellowing out from the bottom up - Not good, pro's know it's "green to the end"..... Some strains show a natural late color change.
That problem is coming from their instructions to you... The plant shows a general low N issue at it's age (And the high P).
You can fix that (next run) by simply feeding the veg solution for the first 2 weeks of bloom, then 50;50 bloom and veg, for a week, and on to the full on bloom feeds after that. Might just work to go bloom at week 3 but, if it starts to go yellow again before week 7.....To much P still - do the half and half at week 3 thing.
Lastly - "flushing" is a MYTH! Once you harvest is done. Dry it in an area of 50% RH and do not "jar" it till the stems crack and not bend.
Now, once you jar it? Throw in a Bovida 58 or 62 packet and let it set for at least 6 weeks!
The result will be smooth and tasty with no harshness and a clean burn... It's that CURE time that does the work - NOT a "flush"! A nice side product of that cure time.. It will be noticeably stronger then dry it and smoke it!
Good luck and remember that there are better choices then AN....
One should be very aware of just how much Dolomite is used! Dolo is very Mg heavy. More then what you need by other means of availability. For what I understand dolomite lime keeps the ph good, Promix is mixed with some of it.
also i try to steer away from dirt weed but then again i am trying a dirt run this season with leds whats the world coming towow go dr who i would agree with you there an is pretty shit but i am a h&g user so what would i no ))
Does promix have to much dolomite lime ?, so far all I have done is feed I tsp per gallon of foliage pro with RO water in every watering, that's it. My plants don't have any disease I can notice. One should be very aware of just how much Dolomite is used! Dolo is very Mg heavy. More then what you need by other means of availability.
The plant won’t uptake silica, that’s why it’s in the form of potassium silica. The plant absorbs the potassium and with it the silica. This is why he use's a silica product.
In soil, it's not at all needed! The plant takes all it can use from the soil...
Awesome for your first grow, Less is more in this game and Advanced Nutrients are one of the worst for bullshit claims, a simple balanced diet is all that a plant needs, remember it's only 16 simple nutrient elements that the plant needs and they are all available in a good A+B base nutrient.I have a lot of work to do and improvement to make. This is my first plant ive flowerd so I bet it does look shit crap to good growers. I'm always open to hear what im doing wrong . I know i have to work on temps and humidity. Not that my humidty is very high at all right now in my tent and ph and ppms eventually I'll get there. And hopefully grow alot better than this.
