I wanna know if it will harm or stunt my plants if I take inside between say 11pm an 5am while I sleep so I don't get ripped? They have always been in 100ltr containers that are easily movable. Can anyone answer this please?

Thanks diggs99 I didn't think there would be but was thinking they may need moonlight during flower period but if I can bring inside to save getting ripped then that saves me bulk stress
I'd be careful moving them as they may accidentally break. But if you're careful then all you have to do is expect them to go into shock because of the temp differences, air flow, insects..... And expect other issues. Or do it my way, build a locked shed and don't bother with a roof. Grow in there. Or build a cage... Basically, in my experience, from the first time you can sex your plant, don't move it or expect lesser buds than usual. Or unwelcome surprises. Check my thread (Pink pistils coming out of male sacs) and see what can happen if you get sudden temp and other environmental changes. Can does not mean will. Then check out guerilla gardening, there's a thread here I'm sure, and look at ways to camouflage and protect your lovelies.

Thanks mate I can't break them as they in pots a go thru a farely wide door space. The temperature is exactly the same as it's inside rumpus room rite up near windows an I move them at midnight until 5am so it's roughly same as outside. But I will keep an eye out for any signs of shock an if so I spose I'm spending alot of money an building a cage haha. Here's how they goin' so far so tell me if you notice any stress

Yes I do it all the time. Usually in early spring due to still freeze temps. But also for ripper protection. It a great way for an early spring light depo. I have banged them, twisted branches moving from outside down the hallway to back room with no ill effects. Just be sure the room is blacked out if light dep budding, but if still in veg it don't mattter.

I've never heard that before. Do you have any citations? Indoor plants don't require moon light, so I'm curious as to the importance to outdoor plants specifically.

I beg to differ. These two were light depped from march 1st till harvest may 1st of last year. Outside 12 hrs inside, blacked out room 12 hrs. Moonlight has nothing to do with plant growth.

This is just one article with links to scientific studies from qualified organizations. More can be found if one looks. However, even though the moon effects plant growth it is not needed. In out artificial lighting environments plants see no moonlight and are subjected to total darkness for 12 hours during flower. The plants still develop very desirable flowers. I'd be interested to see what would happen if you were to simulate moonlight in a flower tent.

This is exactly wat I was worried about I'm sure my old lady use to say that they take in more nutrients a water at night so was wondering if the moonlight had any part in that... We will soon tell I'm keeping close eye on them but not taking the risk of being ripped so they goin' in a midnight til 5am until I see any stress on the plants@Johnny Lawrence is correct. Taking them inside at night will not stress it unless the temp differential is way high like a 20 or more degrees swing. No they do not take more nutes and water at night, that's just silly. Try it and you'll see what I'm talking about. Sure moon phases affect plants, I'm not arguing that. But there is no noticeable difference with in or out at night Except much less chance of a ripper if they inside your domain. JM2C
