HELP HELP PLEASE

Oh you mean the root system ripped. Remove the part that completely ripped off. Those roots will die off and probably not good to keep in the soil. Shell recover tho just move your lights up a bit

I’ve already replanted her now with the part that broke off I just placed her back on top of the bit that ripped off and gave a good watering so soil is soggy no and pretty much impossible to get the part back out what ripped off ..... she’s a 3 week auto flower should I give her any calmag or anything to help her out ?????

Just move the light a bit don’t mess with the nutes to much. I would just continue as is.
Edit except add the kelp as @Tangerine_ suggested

Yeah, don't add any nutes beyond what you're doing right now.

I rely on lights for heat too, so I gotcha. Just raise the lights a bit. Due to the root damage the plant won't be able to pull as much water.

A little root stimulator will help as suggested.

Since it's an auto, it may flip to flower due to the stress. Yield may be reduced a bit but she will recover.

Yeah that can happen. The curled up leaves won’t recover but shouldn’t get much worse. It starting again? If not should be soon.

Ok great should I defoliate the leaves that are doing this or just leave them be ??
Up to you, I’d just leave them for now until they get lost in the new growth.

I had some clones that did that leaf curl thing on transplant from solos to 1 gallons.

In four weeks that little damage won’t be remembered.

No worries homie! Growings fun, it’s pretty hard not to get consistently good bud after a few runs under your belt.

Yeah we will see how I get on my first ever grow and tbh it’s not going so bad not run into any problems yet apart from what I did to her root ball and now this but I’m hoping she will be fine peace
