So i cloned a beautiful plant bluenana and 5 weeks into flower it turned herm. Question is will the clone be herm as well?

Depends if it was genetically a hermaphrodite or if stress caused it. If you had no light leaks or other Issues in flower and it randomly went hermie than chances are the genetics aren’t very strong and it could likely happen to the clones as well.

I think it was my fault. I defoliated too far in the flower and gave to much nutrients. I might just kill the clone and start fresh

It is not destined to go hermie like it's mother plant. But, with that being said, it will have an equal propensity to express it's hermie traits than if you were to start seeds from a different strain, or even a different phenotype of that same strain...I would personally start some seeds of a different strain. Sorry to hear of your bad fortune, best of luck moving forward, don't get down about it!

It would likely not hermie if it wasn't exposed to those same stressors again. But as growers, we never plan on things to go wrong...we rely on the genetics to be strong enough to withstand environmental stress. So, when you get a strain that hermies from stress, the question becomes whether or not you want to roll the dice on whether or not you will have a good, stress free flowering period, or risk running into some problems and BOOM...your tent is full of hermies. I would prefer to go back, select a new stock of genes, and improve your statistical chances of success.

If it herms it will Herm again . Maybe not 100% of the time. But it will definitely come back, eventually. I had 1 year with a room full of dosidos herms. It was hell. Don't fuck with herms if you can avoid it.

I had balls. Bananas in my experience are not a big issue. Those usually come in late flower before seeds can even be made. Balls, on the other hand, avoid and eliminate.
