Hi all.

Started a new grow.
Indoor 60 X 60, CoolLED 200W light 45 cm about the plant , Temperature - 25-28 Celsius ,Moist - 45% +-.

Seed was put in the soil on the 1.29

First it was OK, then leave are falling down...

I may have watered it too much? last time was on the 02.09.
The soil is still not dry, but not really wet anymore.

Is it looks like over watering?
What can I do?

I have a heater under it to keep it warm.

Thanks!

here are the pictures:

Are they on a concrete slab?if so get them off it.
Soil looks really wet for being 3 days in 25-28 deg. So I would say too much water was given. Water a small circle around until it gets bigger rather than soak the whole pot. Going forward you wait patiently

Its not on concrete, its on plastic and there is heater under it. The temperature is 25 - 28 Celsius.
The soil is better and still not a move....

I have not watered since the 2.9... the soil is not so wet anymore, the plant is not moving.. only down direction.
I move the led lamp higher, its more than one meter above the seedling...

Any ideas? should I start over? I don't want to waste those two weeks but maybe its better to start over?
This is white widow feminize btw.

I don’t think the roots are getting any oxygen, which has stopped or slowed growth significantly. It’s easy to give too much water for small plants in larger pots, longer drying time for the soil means the roots are stuck in mud like soil and can’t breath. It’s small for 2 weeks.

Is that coco or soil? It sure looks like coco. There is a big difference between soil and coco. Coco has nothing in it and needs to be prepared properly. You also don't want to water with plain water. Even when starting seedlings you want to have some nutrients when you water. But regardless that looks too wet in every picture.

Well I prep my coco before using it with 1/4 to half strength nutrients so it's already charged with nutrients. But I never water with plain water. Always at least 1/4 strength nutrients. But I use less strength than most people so it's probably about 200 - 250 ppm for a small seedling. But none of that matters if you keep the soil or coco too wet. It's better to have even coco dry to slightly damp than to have it too wet early on. If the coco or soil is too wet a young seedling will just sit there like the OP's plant is doing.

I also start seeds in small nursery pots that can dry out quickly. But if you're growing auto's that might not be a good idea since you want to plant in final pots so you'll need to keep an eye on the moisture in the soil or coco. It's better to be on the drier side than too wet. A seedlings roots will grow better seeking out moisture when the grow media is just damp and more dry than wet.
