I have enough light and I feed it as the others. If someone knows why would be helpfull

Since you provide no info, it's probably best just to scrap the plant.

Looks like your soil is pretty much totally dry. Too dry can cause as many problems as too wet.
It is hard managing waterings when its such a small plant is in a large pot.
Doesnt really look like its struggling though

It looks better than the plant next to it with the droopy leaves and burnt up tips.
