Is anyone else scared of nutes?

I do as well. But I had to settle for this almost organic. Worked well for the last six runs and cheap. Is your soil amended?

I would like to stay organic
That depends what you consider organic I guess.

FoxFarms Grow Big 6-4-4.
Seems to have everything you need and is organically based. Bit of dolomite lime on hand just in case. It might even get you through most of flower without the need of extra PK. If you did need some it would only be very minimal.

Good luck with the grow, whichever way you choose and go light on the fertilizer. :leaf:

Thanks Aussie. And I agree. Although we pee urea it's considered synthetic. That fox farm is too high nitrogen for flower. Definitely go light. May result in toxicity. I'm running 950 to 1150 PPM with 5-26-26 and molasses.

Funny how it varies depending on circumstance isn't it?
I'd be worried myself using 5-26-26 in outdoor soil.

You're growing in Ocean Forrest too?

Wow! I envy your weather. About 3 C here now. No real sun in over a month. I would suggest some serious pruning. The smoother the bottom...the better the head.

The sun is really good, but it's been rather wet the last week. Gonna put some more manure down tomorrow, it'll need it.
Several stakes around and I think i'll be running a couple lines of wire, still haven't decided.
Generally a little different pruning outdoors imoe. I clean and srtip the inside and leave the outside, to take advantage of all the sun.
Anything growing inward toward the trunk, or scragginess which might encourage pest and disease gets chopped.
I leave anything healthy and the popcorn. I like making butter and hash with it. (:

I'll fully admit indoors is a different kettle of fish.

I'll post pics of this grow. Only at the end of week 5 after 3 weeks veg. Can't wait. This is from one seed my buddy brought back from an Amsterdam coffee shop. He got it in a bud to go bag. It's real GG. Not like the other three knock offs I've grown.
