I’ve been battling this deficiency for weeks now and I cannot for the life of me figure out what’s causing it.
My last run using veg+bloom nutrients was the best run I’ve ever had, best aroma, yield, and taste. Crystals were out of this world and not a single deficiency all the way through.
Now I’m on another grow the only thing I’ve changed is sealed my room and installed AC units.
The only thing that currently is different is that my humidity is very low at 35-40%.
I use tap water that is 100PPM (x500) 0.1ec and veg+bloom RO.
My ph is spot on 5.8 I let it go to 6 last week to check and see if it would help calcium and no change. I bought a new ph pen and calibrated it to double check.
My nutes are going up by 10ppm every 48 hours currently at 280ppm including tap water. Which suggests I am burning them and they have slightly yellow tips to match.
I lowered the nutes down last week and the lower leaves ended up even worse.
The stems are nearly completely red but the air temp is 28/29c
I grow in an aero/nft cross system where the water is constantly available to the plants so understandably they need less ppm.
Is it likely the humidity is causing all these issues? It’s the only thing I can think of
