Help with humidity issues....

Hey guys so I've attached photos of my current setup. I originally had a 6 inch in there dropped it to the 4 inch and it appears to still be dropping my humidity to 30... Now I have a RDWC setup so there is alot of water already in the tent.... So I set up a humidifier and still am having issues. Have I don't something wrong with my setup any advice would be great.

How big is your exhaust?

How big is your room?

Personally woulda added a fan speed adjuster, rather than replace it, but im lazy.

How far from the exhaust filter are you measuring your RH?

Toss up a pic or 2 of the full setup, not just the lighting+exhaust, maybe theres more variables....

The old fan had an adjuster :( and even in low still had issues

I have an adjuster on mine I was having issues with humidity then that helped big time

Lower the fan speed and spray water on the floor and walls... what is the humidity of the air your bringing in?

what the temp and RH in the room the tent is in?
If the room the tent is in is like 68F/30% its going to take more work to keep a good environment.
I also live in a very dry climate and struggle to keep RH up during veg. An adustable fan turn way down to just keep some air circulation and a bigger humidifier or mister and a heater will go a long way for you in veg.
Once im into flower, the plants are big enough to create most of their own humidity and its much easier to keep where I need with just a heater and the exhaust fan manipulation.

Ive been considering 1 of these. I have a large evaporative humidifier to keep the whole basement up, but the wicks get gross.

I don't have a exhaust hooked to the other end of the carbon filter should That be done ? Then lead outside the tent ?
Your not pushing the air out of the tent?

It's normal to have the filter and the fan pulling air out of the tent and the negative pressure pulls new air in.

No I am however when the fan is running it sucks the sides of the tent in a bit too? Maybe I should open another hole?

it should do that.... if it does that loads then yes maybe open a hole... but slow the fan down... that should help raise humidity
