Brown tips and Brown spot on top of seedling leaf.. Help

My seedling is about 2 weeks old and for two days ago the tips started to get a little Brown on the tips and today a pretty big Brown spot appeared.. Anybody know what it might be?

Havent fed anything yet, been afraid of root burn..
Shouldnt you wait a few weeks until feeding?

What kind of soil?
I use happy frog and sometimes it is too strong for some seedlings and they look like that.
They always turn out fine.

What kind of soil?

They always turn out fine.

I use an organic pottingsoil from a local store, thought it was nutrition free, but it was not... i bought a few bags of it.. And couldnt return it back. Would you recomend switching soil? Or Just keep it?
Mixed it with perlite
