I put them on the dimmest setting because it just over exposes the whole camera, I'm growing under 2 200w led full spectrum grow lights and then just two standard 50w lightbulbs on either side so the sucker leaves will still get some light

theyre on 12/12

Are those the eleven-watt 50W lightbulbs?

Dude I had one of my 200w overheads turned off for the photo, look at all the glare on the male plant, full spectrum led, low heat... then I have two standard led bulbs on either side for the sucker stems, I'll take em off eventually but its just for good measure. They'll go outside eventually

I took the male plant outside today so I have 400w on the femaleGOPR0288.JPGGOPR0289.JPG

camera makes it look way darker than it is

I am not arguing the utility of the side lights, merely the power rating.
 
Reg led bulb will get it started but you want something with real full watt output even cfl are better then the led bulbs in my experience. I use a cheep 600w blurple light that draws 140 w off wall for veg and then I use my CMH 315 w for flowerreceived_2213981572243235.jpeg
