My problem with the " fast" strains is here ( Chicago) the last couple septembers have been brutal.. rain 3 x a week and very little sun, that's the worst time to be getting fat and finishing.
The strains I had that went til late October did much better, they weren't so beefy in mid September.

Is that a fast hybrid ww from seedsman or are you saying ww is a fast strain? The ww's I've grown have all been ~70 days indoors. I may have accidentally let two grow in the wild a couple of years ago, and I may have had to drag them in before a big snow in october. If I did, they needed more days.

Yes, I've wanted to try some Bodhi strains, it seems I only ever hear good things
I'm growing out one of the Blue Cindy's now, it's about 3 weeks into flower.. I didn't veg it for as long as I would have liked but it's still coming along ... I pulled a clone from it just before flower and if it turns out good the clone may end up getting an outdoor bed this year
I also have one of those White Widow from Seedsman going now as well... I think they were giving them out as freebies with every order over the past few months ... I made a few orders since Black Friday and every one of them came with White Widow freebies ... the one I have going is still in veg and has another 2-3 before moving to the flower tent.. a clone from this has a remote chance of making into the outdoor garden, but I'm trying to stay away from euro strains outdoor this year (other than MOB, but that's technically a US clone that made it's way to Amsterdam where it was S1'd)

I’ve been wanting to try a MOB, but I hear that what is available in seed form isn’t real and/or any good. Also, I grew LSD indoors like a decade ago and thought it was awesome. I’ve since moved on to US breeders like Bodhi, Rado, Useful. But after reading this thread, I put a few Barney’s LSD and Greenhouse Super Lemon Haze female seeds in the cart at Attitude. I used to grow SLH and loved the taste, too.
Should I give LSD another go? Can anyone point me to some good MOB?

The TH Seeds MOB is official but you will get slight pheno variation. Definitely heavy blueberry smell and taste when it’s done and it’s like a 45 day strain. Cant go wrong.

Big Drip (slurricane x purple punch) - In house genetics 56-60 day.
I did the TH Seeds MOB last year & the French Macaron. Might run one of those each again, well see. Both did really well. Both actually produced a few seeds (from rootbound stress) and those should be fem’s aswell.
Seed selection for me really is reliant on flowering time. If the early range isnt under 60 days it’s not even a consideration. Sucks because it does rule out alot of the strains you want but thats the reality of it.

Two finished 3rd week of september and those were the two that were straight artificial blueberry. Amazing. Pretty much zero issues with it aswell.

As T.H. Seeds co-founder Doug explains, “In the mid- to late ’90s, a big bag of Cali weed ended up in Boston which had a few seeds—no one knew the strain name. This true bomb weed, apparently 100 percent indica, was originally called MOD, as these were the initials of the guy who grew it out, mothered it and got it going. But since it was getting too popular and they wanted to hide his identity, they changed the name to MOB. The crew that got it out there was the old Boston skateboarding community. The original guy gave a cutting to a friend of mine who brought it to me, and it was originally grown on my rooftop, flowering super-fast. Then we sent it down to Spain for further selection and feminized seed production.” LINK
I only ever saw MOB once or twice back in 2009 ... it was incredible.. it had such a strong smell it would hurt your nose when you stuck it in the bag... I have a few in veg now, I'll flower one or two indoors and the other in the greenhouse this year ... high hopes
I actually just washed 200 grams of LSD from my 2019 outdoor last night ... came out a real nice light color, it's still drying now, but I'm sure it's good stuff ... I didn't love the smell of the flower as much as others, but it's strong as hell

I managed to score some certified hemp seeds, ~15% cbd, and I'm planning on growing them out by my pool this year. It gets a shit load of sun there, and since these are federally legal I don't have to give a hoot about workers or guests seeing them.
I'm going to give one colloidal silver and make some seeds. Funny thing about hemp seeds, they are cheap, but not when the min batch size is 10,000 seeds.......
I'm going to have to put up a sign though "This is HEMP - no THC - all you will get from this is a cough".
Not exactly truthful, but I don't want some knucklehead poaching it thinking it's worth a few grand.

Honestly since your pressing bubble I use a hair straightener, I think the brand is kipozi on amazon. It goes down to 170 degrees and I just put a squeeze wood clamp on it. It will press 4 grams of bubble at a time, I dont see a need for upgrading. No way this thing would press flower but it does bubble amazingly.

I agree with processing most of the outdoor, comes out way better as bubble/rosin. I picked up a focus-V carta rig and it’s been great. Convinced me to make way more into concentrates.

I dont have any experience with these but I am in the same kind of boat.I have done a little research as to what strains will be good for me in coastal MA.
I want to be ready for next outdoor season.
After some research the two most recommended were LSD and MOB.
I am thinking about the MOB. Does anyone have any input on these strains, or any other strains good for our climate here? They need to finish up early october without light deprivation.
