I run the a/c infinity 6" inline to exhaust tent. Fantastic product.I’m using one in a 2x4x7 tent in a space that’s about 60 degrees during the day and 50 degrees at the night. It uses 200 watts on its high setting. I’ve noticed for my size tent it can raise the temp roughly 20-25 degrees above the surrounding ambient temp.
I put some 24”x45” drain trays in and I had to move it up from the floor to the first shelf to effectively heat the space and move the warm air around. Eventually I will hang it, but I wanted to see how it worked first.
I also don’t run it on a temp controller because the surrounding space I have is cooler, I just leave it on and have one of these (link below) for high heat and humidity exhaust. It’s quite a bit cheaper than the can fans and keeps up just fine, but if you need a carbon filter this fan wouldn’t work.

The thing that you see in the lower right of the attached photo is my DIY 40w space heater which consists of a 0.65 quart slow cooker placed inside of an 8" terra cotta pot and topped with a 6" terra cotta pot. Temps inside the unit climb to 145F and the outside of the unit gets warm enough to touch and not burn. I only need it at night so I set it on a timer at lights out. After it shuts off for the day, the terra cotta will continue to radiate heat for well over an hour.

Chicken heater didn't make enuff difference in my tent to merit keeping it. It got hot, but the air gets refreshed so often, it really made little change in air temp.
