Lights flash. On and off

600 watt hps lumenlite

I thought my timer wasnt working properly, turns out it was fine and i was just too eager for it to turn on. After faffing around i realised that in the 2 minutes i was clicking buttons on my timer i had made the lights turn on, then off, then on again to stay on. By messing with my timer i had turned my lights on and off. Does that effect my plants ? It was very brief. The light cycle was switched to 12 12 about 2 days ago.

It's like a rave in your tent! Play a little edm next time. The ladies won't be able to keep their leaves off of you. ;)

The plants won't even notice it. Relax.

I briefly turn my lights off at least once a week for pictures. They don't seem to mind it at all.
Ladies love attention

won't hurt the plants but it's not good for the light bulb to turn on-off when the bulb is hot....always let the bulb cool down before re-firing
